Snow Leopard Hostel - Karakol

We spent 4 nights at Snow Leopard and everything was just PERFECT! The rooms are cozy and warm with private bathrooms and nice warm showers. Jalil and Aizada, the hosts, are beyond kind and make you feel at home. They helped us organize rides to the start of our treks, served a good breakfast, and even invited us for a yummy barbecue. They go out of their way to ensure your time in Kyrgyzstan is amazing. They even helped clean up a fermented milk explosion in our room without hesitation. STAY HERE, YOU WILL LOVE IT!

Spacious rooms with attached bathrooms. Friendly and helpful hosts who offer delicious homemade meals. Convenient location with a nearby convenience store and bus stop. Great value for money with low prices for accommodation, laundry, and breakfast. Improving facilities with plans for the future.

I keep going back to this place because it's amazing. The staff helped return my forgotten stuff on my first stay. It has Wi-Fi, parking, laundry, dining area, express check-in, ski storage. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

I had an amazing stay at the hostel! The room was spacious and clean with brand new linen and towels. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The owner and his family were friendly and helpful, and they spoke English and Spanish. They provided me with useful information and assistance throughout my stay. I was able to use the fully equipped kitchen and do my laundry for a reasonable price. the hostel is located near a market where I could buy groceries and there were nearby restaurants recommended by the owners. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, helpful staff, and convenient location made my stay enjoyable.

Nothing not too like.

We had an amazing stay at this hostel! The hosts, Jalil and Aizara, were pretty good too make us feel at home. They were helpful and even helped us when my husband got food poisoning late at night. Jalil accompanied us to the medical center and translated for us for hours. We cannot thank him enough for his kindness and support. Aizara's cooking is delicious! We couldn't resist eating her yummy local food every day. The rooms were spacious and clean, and having an attached bathroom was a bonus. The hostel is conveniently located across from a convenience store and bus stop to the city center. Although the facilities are still being improved, we highly recommend Snow Leopard Hostel to everyone. we had a fantastic experience and would choose to stay here again.

The location of the hostel was convenient, with a bus/shared minivan stand just outside, making it easy to explore the surroundings. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a welcoming atmosphere. the homemade jam served for breakfast was delicious.

The distance to the center of the city was a bit far, requiring a 20-minute walk or a taxi ride.

Perfect cleanliness, new and well-maintained facilities, friendly and helpful staff, excellent value for money. We also loved the delicious breakfast and the option to use their fully-equipped kitchen. convenient parking and transportation options were available.

Not one thing.

The guesthouse was mind-blowing with a cozy and super clean room, a comfortable bed, and a jaw-dropping clean bathroom with hot water. The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful with everything, and their homemade jam for breakfast was absolutely delicious! The location was convenient with easy access to the center and cheap transportation options. I also had an unforgettable and authentic experience riding horses in a nearby village. Highly recommend this place for an amazing stay!

The hostel was mind-blowingly clean with top-notch facilities. The owners were jaw-droppingly helpful and good people, catering to our every need. The nearby markets were super convenient, and we felt incredibly comfortable during our stay. This bike-friendly hostel provided a safe place for our bikes, and the owner even took us on a road trip. The breakfasts were delicious and the family went above and beyond to make our trip a delight. If you're visiting Kyrgyzstan, this place is a must, even if you hadn't planned to go to Karakol!

Clean, new rooms with attached bathrooms. Good WiFi and convenient location near bus stop and shops. Friendly and hospitable hosts who made us feel at home. Great value for money.

I had such a thrilling time skiing around, and the staff's multi-lingual skills were truly impeccable. The garden and BBQ facilities were stunning, and the location of the hostel couldn't have been more convenient.

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of having to park my car for free, while enjoying the wonders of the free WiFi. Such a terrible inconvenience, really.
